LARGE LOAF (1 1/2 LBS ----------------
1/2 cup Chocolate chips
1/4 tsp Active dry yeast
3 cup Bread flour
3 tbl Wheat germ
3 tbl Powdered milk
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup ,Water
----------------- SMALL LOAF (1 LB ----------------
1 cup Chocolate chips
1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
2 cup Bread flour
2 tbl Wheat germ
2 tbl Powdered milk
3 tbl Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Peanut butter
3/4 cup ,Water plus
Instructions:
Instructions: Freeze the chocolate chips.

Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers directions.

At the beeper (or at the end of the first kneading in the Panasonic or National), add half of the chocolate chips.

When the bread cycle ends, remove the bread from the machine and let cool for 1/2 hour. Melt the remaining half of the chocolate chips in a double boiler over barely simmering water or in a microwave oven. Pour the melted chocolate over the bread and let it dribble down the sides.
