Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Grease muffin tins or line with paper liners. With electric mixer, beat peanut butter, egg, and sugars until smooth. Add milk in 3 parts, mixing between additions to blend. Add flour and baking powder and mix just until flour disappears. Beat in chocolate chips. Spoon into muffin cups and bake about 20 minutes, until tester comes out clean.
To freeze: cool to room temperature, put on cookie sheet and flash freeze, them place in your chosen container and label and return to freezer. To reheat: put in microwave on HIGH for 45 to 60 seconds. Or thaw at room temperature. NOTES : makes 12 Email this Recipe:
