Instructions: In a medium saucepan, melt first 3 ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Cool 15 minutes. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour syrup over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Roll mixture into 2 inch balls and cool completely on waxed paper.
