Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream brown sugar, peanut butter and softened butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk, mixing until blended. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into greased muffin pans or paper bake cups in muffin tins. Place 2 teaspoons jelly or 10 to 12 chocolate chips in center of each. Top with a second tablespoon of batter. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 25 minutes or until done.
