Instructions: Mix the crumbs, peanut butter, butter and sugar together. Press evenly and firmly into a buttered 9x13-inch pan. Melt chips over hot water in top of double boiler. Spread melted chocolate over top of first mixture. Cool.

Cut into 28 squares.
