1/2 cup Smooth unsalted peanut butter - (to 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
2 tbl Freshly-squeezed lemon juice
2 x Scallions
1 tbl Soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: In a food processor, puree all the ingredients and add water if necessary to thin it out.
