Instructions: This recipe doew not have any oatmeal in it, but I thought it may be close to what you are looking for. I got the recipe from Hershrys - Cookies, Bars, and Brownies cookbok.

Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot (not boiliiing)

water. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows. Cook, stiring consantly, until marhmallows are melted and mixture is smopoth. Remove from heat. Stir in peaunt butter, vanilla and chopped peanuts. Spoon mixture into small fluted candy cups.

Yields about 2-1/2 dozen.
