Instructions: In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Slowly wisk in milk and cream and bring to a boil over med. heat. Cook and stir constantly for 2 min. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate atleast 4 hours. You can garnish this with whip cream, but its pretty rich all on its own.
