Confectioners Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
canned evaporated milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Put half a box of Confectioners Sugar in a large bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon canned milk.

Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

Stir.

You might have to add more sugar- I do.

Stir and mix until the sugar is like a dough, but not real stiff.

Put it on XXsugar dusted waxed paper, and roll it out with a rolling pin dusted with more sugar. Roll it out into as close to a rectangle as you can.

Spread as much peanut butter as you like on it-we love the extra crunchy.

Begin on the side closest to you, and roll it up-sometimes it sticks to the waxed paper, when that happens, I slide a knife between them.

Stick it in the ref. and leave it a few hours, then bring it out, and slice it. I stack it on a plate, or in a tin, wax paper between layers, it has to be kept refridgerated, the dough gets sticky.

This is the way I have been making it for 30 years.

You can also take the sugar dough and fill dates with it, you can take food coloring and mix it in, to fill the dates, or make the peanut butter roll, or you can just make little individual candies with it.
