Instructions: Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce in a mixer. Whip until smooth. Spread evenly on lightly greased 1/2 sheet pan and chill.
To prepare Chocolate Ganache Coating, combine chocolate and heavy cream in a double boiler pan (water should be hot, but not boiling) and melt chocolate, stirring frequently. When chocolate is smooth and well-combined, cool completely. Spread warm Chocolate Ganache over top of peanut butter mixture and chill. Cut into 2- by 2-inch squares and serve as desired.
