5 oz Butter
2 x Dessert spoons golden syrup (corn syrup)
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Chopped peanuts
1 cup Cornflakes
1 cup Coconut
1 tsp Baking powder
----------------- ICING ----------------
2 oz Butter
2 x Dessert spoons golden syrup
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter and syrup and add to dry ingredients. Place in a sponge roll tin and bake in slow to mod. oven about 15 mins. Ice while still warm.

Icing: Melt butter and golden syrup, then add icing sugar. Mix well then spread over slice.
