Instructions: Cut beef into 1/2- by 1/2- by 4-inch strips. Toss with marinade ingredients.
Mix cornstarch with water. Dip beef strips into mixture and coat with diced peanuts. Fry strips in salad oil over medium heat until peanuts are light brown.
