1 x garlic clove finely sliced
2 tsp vegetable oil
4 oz pork or chicken liver
1 tbl finely-chopped red chili
1/2 cup Yellow Bean Sauce (see recipe)
1 x lemon grass stalk finely chopped
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbl tamarind juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute garlic in oil until soft, add liver, chili, yellow bean sauce, lemongrass, half the coconut milk, sugar, salt, tamarind juice and peanuts. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Blend in a food procesor, add remaining coconut milk.
