Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Process in a food processor the bananas, buttermilk, peanut butter, oil & egg until blended well. Add to dry ingredients , mixing just until moistened . Stir in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of peanuts into batter. Spoon batter into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips and peanuts on top of batter. Bake for 55 - 60 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before cutting.
