DRESSING ----------------
1/2 cup Oil
3 tbl White wine vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
----------------- SALAD ----------------
4 x Pears, thinly sliced
2 tbl Lemon juice
4 oz Shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (1 cup)
1/2 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions:
Instructions: In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well.

In large bowl, gently toss pears with lemon juice. Add cheese and pecans.

Pour dressing over salad; stir gently. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
