Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare an 8-inch pie plate with vegetable pan-coating.
Toss margarine, oats, flour, and sweetener together in a medium mixing bowl; reserve. Place pears in another mixing bowl and toss with lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon rind. Arrange pears in the prepared pan. Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cool. This recipe yields 6 servings. This recipe is excellent. Email this Recipe:
