Instructions: Drop the pear drops into the empty bottle of vodka, then fill the bottle to the top with vodka. Place the bottle into a dishwasher for about 1 hour, until the pear drops have dissolved.

WARNING: If the pear drops have not dissolved totally, they will be very sharp and dangerous to swallow.

Once ready, place the bottle in the fridge to chill.
