2 x unbaked pie crusts (8")
2 cup pear mincemeat (see recipe)
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/3 cup walnut or pecan meats
2 tbl flour
2 tbl sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix sugar and flour. sprinkle on bottom of crust. Dot with butter.

Heat mincemeat, pineapple, nuts. Turn filling into pie shell. Cover with strips to form a lattice top. Trim edge and flute. Place in 425 F oven.

Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 F. Bake until pastry is golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Serve slightly warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
