Instructions: Core pears and cut them into 1/2- to 3/4 inch pieces.
Put pears, juice, cranberries, sugar and water in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan and simmer over medium to low heat for 35 to 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Refrigerate. Pears will hold their shape when cooked. Email this Recipe:
