Instructions: Peel and core the pears. Cut into 1/2 cm slices. Marinate in some lemon juice to prevent browning.
Finely sliced celery. Chop walnuts. Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt together in a bowl. Add the pear, celery and walnuts and toss well to coat with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve. Email this Recipe:
