Instructions: Peel, core and thinly slice pears.
In a large saucepan bring pears, water and sugar to the boil over low heat. Add pineapple and simmer 45 minutes. Ladle into hot jars and seal. Keeps for 3-4 months. Ensure storage jars are well sterilised. Email this Recipe:
