Ingredients:

1 x Pineapple, peeled
3 x Pears, peeled
2 cup Chamomile tea
1/2 cup Muscat wine
Honey, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel pineapple and pears
then cut up. In a blender or food processor puree fruits. Strain through a fine sieve. Season to taste with tea, wine, honey and lemon juice. Serve cold garnished with pineapple leaves.
