Instructions: Poach pears in wine and water until soft, about 7 minutes. Combine yogurt with 1 tablespoon fruit spread and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. In another bowl, combine remaining spreadand extract. Take yogurt and pour into circles on dessert plates. Make 2 thin circles with fruit spread and swirl with knife. Place pear in center and garnish with mint.
