Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl Olive oil
2 x Cloves garlic, minced
1 tbl Chopped parsley
1/4 tsp Fennel seed
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 can (14-oz) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute garlic in olive oil until softened. Add parsley, fennel seed, salt and pepper. Add artichoke hearts and saute for 5 minutes. Add peas and simmer until heated through and flavors have blended.

Yield: 4 to 6
servings.
