1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt and ground pepper to taste
1/2 x to 2 cups fresh or frozen peas
Instructions:
Instructions: In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring cream and seasoning to a boil and cook until thick, about 5 minutes; whisk frequently. Five minutes before serving, stir in peas and bring back to a boil, stirring frequently. Add chives just before serving.
