Instructions: Boil the peas in plenty of water until soft.
Drain. Heat the oil in a heavy pan and add the cumin. Fry for a minute and add the onion. When it becomes translucent add the potatoes and spices. Stir to prevent the potatoes from sticking. Add the milk and cook on a low heat until soft. Add the cooked peas and salt and simmer for a minute. Remove from the heat and add the cream. Reheat gently without boiling before serving.
