1 cup Diced onion
1/2 tsp Grated lemon zest
2 pkt (10-oz) frozen tiny peas,, thawed
Salt,, to taste
Pepper,, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add onion and lemon zest.

Cook gently, stirring occasionally, until onion is soft but not browned, about 4 minutes. Add peas, and stir to combine thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, about 5 minutes or until peas are heated through. Stir in mint and serve immediately.
