Instructions: Saute garlic and tomatoes in hot oil in skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Add prosciutto, pepper and oregano. Reduce heat and simmer until ingredients are blended, about 2 to 3 minutes. Toss with spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
