Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the pecans and black pepper in a small bowl. Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place the pork chops on it. Bake for 23 to 35 minutes, or until the pork chops are well done. This recipe yields 4 servings.
