3 x Egg whites
20 x Round buttery crackers roll
1 cup Sugar fine
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 cup Finely chopped pecans
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
Instructions: Grease 9" glass piepan. Beat egg whites til stiff; fold in sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

Beat until stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs & chopped pecans. Pour mix into piepan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. Top with=)) whipped cream.

Yield: 6-8
servings.
