Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 cup	Sugar
1/4 tsp	Salt
4 tsp	Cinnamon
2 cup	Flour
2 tsp	Baking powder
1 cup	Milk
1 cup	Chopped pecans
2 x	Eggs, beaten

Instructions:

Instructions: Sift dry ingredients together. Add pecans. Mix together milk, melted shortening & eggs. Combine dry & liquid ingredients quickly with little stirring. Bake in muffin tins in hot oven (425 degrees) about 15 minutes.

Makes 1 dozen.
