Instructions: Gently boil Log Cabin syrup in an uncovered saucepan for 8 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Sprinkle coarsely chopped pecans in unbaked pie shell. Arrange pecan halves on top of pie.
Cream butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add well-beaten eggs, the syrup and vanilla; mix well. Gently pour over nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until browned and puffed. Less time in purchased crust. Email this Recipe:
