Instructions: Prepare pie shell, making a low fluted rim. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in salt, corn syrup and Kahlua. Distribute pecans in pie shell. Slowly pour in mixture. Add some extra pecans on top. Bake below center of oven at 375 for 30 minutes or until almost firm and crust is browned. Pie will become firmer on standing. Serve slightly warm or cool with unsweetened whipped cream, or with ice cream.
