Instructions: Cook sugar, milk and butter to a soft-ball stage or holds shape in cold water. Remove from heat and beat until cool. Add nuts. Beat in just enough powdered sugar until velvety and thick. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Do not allow to dry before wrapping with clear plastic wrap.
