Instructions: In a large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat in zest and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with orange juice. Spoon half of batter into a greased 9" tube pan. Top with half streusel. Top with remaining batter and streusel. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan. Drizzle with glaze.
