Instructions: DOUGH: Combine dough ingredients; butter, cream cheese, and flour. Mix well. Use mini-tart pans. Use about 1 rounded tablespoon of dough for each tart OR divide into 48 balls and use 1 ball for each tart. Sprinkle a few chopped pecans into each tart.
FILLING: Stir filling ingredients well and put into tart shells. Sprinkle with a few pecan pieces. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. NOTES: There should be a little filling left over. Janet Email this Recipe:
