Instructions: Saute the onion, green pepper, and hamburger in the 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the salt. (I omit the salt entirely)
Sauce: Mix in bowl and add to the meat mixture. Simmer for 1/2 hour. If soupy add 1 teaspoon of corntarch. Note: This is one of our favorites. The recipe is easily doubled. Email this Recipe:
