Instructions: Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook onion in hot butter or margarine until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Add vodka and cook 5 minutes. Blend in cream and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and add prosciutto or ham and peas and heat through. Toss sauce with hot, drained pasta and serve with grated Parmesan. Email this Recipe:
