Instructions: Cook the sausage, in a heavy saute pan over medium heat for 4-5 min. or until almost done, add onions and cook until both are done. Add the cream and basil and cook for 2-3 min. Remove from heat. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread.
