400 gm Penne pasta, (14oz)
1 bot Tequila
6 whl lemons
250 gm Unsalted butter, (9oz)
2 x Onions, very finely diced
570 ml Double cream, (1 pint)
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley
2 whl limes
Olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the penne in boiling water (as per the directions on the packet).

Stir once.

Put some butter in a frying pan and add a little olive oil. Add the finely chopped onions and garlic with pepper for seasoning and gently fry until brown. Add half of the lemon juice, the lime juice and 3 shots of Tequila to the sauce and stir, add the grated parmesan to add to the thickness.

Turn off the heat and add the remaining lemon juice and cream.

When the pasta is cooked, drain and pour over the sauce. Turn off the heat and thoroughly coat the pasta with the sauce and serve with a fresh green salad.
