Instructions: Chopped vegetables and mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust. Top mixture with sliced hard boiled eggs. Cover with the second pie curst and seal well. Put a few vent cuts in the top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or till lightly brow. Make a hot milk and butter sauce to serve over pie.
