2 cup Ground pork
2 cup Ground beef
3 cup Meat broth
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Sage
1 x Single cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine pork, beef, and broth in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add seasonings.

Stir cornmeal into meat mixture, stirring constantly. Cook for 30 minutes.

Pour into loaf pan, chill until firm. Cut into thin slices and fry in lightly-greased skillet until browned.
