Pour 1-1/2 cup strong coffee into ince cube trays and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours. To a blender, (through the opening in the lid) process with motor running, addthe cubes, 1/3 cup chocolate syrup and 1/3 cup nonfat dried milk.
