1/4 cup	Whipping cream
2 tsp	Dried green pepper flakes
1/2 tsp	Paprika
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/2 tsp	Pepper
1/4 tsp	Instant minced garlic
1 tsp	Instant onion flakes

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Refrigerate dressing overnight. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
