1 x (8-ounce) halibut filet
1 x to 2 cloves garlic
2 tbl nonpareil capers
1/4 cup of vodka
1 tbl butter
1 cup manufacturing cream
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat olive oil in skillet. Lightly coat halibut fillet with fresh ground pepper and sear both sides in olive oil. Drain excess oil and add garlic, capers and parsley. Deglaze pan with vodka reducing to one-third. Add butter and cream.

Reduce until thick.

Serves two.
