1 lb Pecan halves
Butter or margarine
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 dsh Tabasco, more or less
Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute 1 pound pecan halves in a little butter or margarine. Add 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of Tabasco, salt, and white pepper.

Roast at 300 for 20 minutes, or until brown.

Yield: 1 pound nuts.
