3 x red bell peppers medium diced
3 x green bell peppers medium diced
3 x yellow bell peppers medium diced
2 x jalapeno peppers small diced
2 qt apple cider
2 tbl Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
2 tbl Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Season pork loin with salt, pepper and garlic. Sear in hot skillet. Finish in oven.

Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch slurry. Deglaze pork pan with pepper chutney.

Slice meat and serve with 4 ounces sauce and garnish with steamed brussel sprouts and whipped golden potatoes and whipped sweet tomatoes that have been piped with a pastry bag.

This recipe yields 12 servings.
