Instructions: Prepare the salmon fillets leaving the skin on. Season the fillets well and spread the skin with grainy mustard with some crushed peppercorns. Add some chopped dill.
Deep fry the rocket in some vegetable oil and drain once the leaves are translucent and season with a little salt. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan. Then in a mixture of oil and butter pan fry the salmon, skin side down, with peppercorns. Turn over and pan fry the other side. Place the deep fried rocket on a plate and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and place the salmon in the middle. Serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
