1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
1 x tomato coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped shallots - (abt 4)
2 x garlic cloves pressed
1 tsp dried crushed red pepper
2 tbl olive oil
12 oz linguine cooked
1 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute broccoli and next 4 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until broccoli and shallots are tender.

Combine broccoli mixture, hot pasta, cheese, cream, and salt, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with basil.

This recipe yields 10 servings.

Comments: If you want to make this dish less spicy, use only 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper and two shallots.
