Instructions: Heat oven to 350`. Mix flours, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in buttermilk and oil. Shape dough into 6 balls. Roll each ball into a 9" square on lightly floured cloth-covered surface. Cut into 2 1/4" squares; brush lightly with butter. Place squares on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with pepper and dill weed. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
